The coffee was great, matcha latte so milky and i can feel the good match power quality. that might be why it cost over $8 for a regular one. But the service was cold. The environment is quite noisy.

Intelligentsia has very good coffee, and is a great place to bring your laptop and work. That's what most people were doing here, working. In addition, there are a couple of large tables if you have a group. The food choices are very limited. I ordered a ham croissant. It was good, but not what I expected as I thought it might be warmed up, and not much ham. The prices are a bit pricey. The service was excellent.

Came in for my first time and Kae was amazing! I’m not really a coffee drinker but I was recommended a nice iced latte. Def will come back for more!

Excellent coffee. The hype lives up to the name. Simple utilitarian design layout inside. Very busy, be prepared for a bit of a line, but the orders were received and processed in an efficient fashion. Lots of people hanging out and working on laptops on an array of available tables and bar type seating. Beautiful latte art was a nice finishing touch on my beverage.

$2 off single origin beans on Sunday, with tasty varieties like a Kenyan peaberry I adore. The pineapple/lime iced espresso is a revelation. Good bathroom, nice water, air conditioning is a treat on a warm day.

The best coffee shop in Chicago. The espresso is bold and rich, and the milk is expertly frothed—consistently top-notch quality. Becca is fantastic at this location, always delivering great service! I also appreciate their commitment to fairness by not upcharging for non-dairy milk, unlike some other places. Well done! That said, a couple of small improvements would make this spot even better. A punch card or rewards system would be a great addition for regulars. Also, they should offer 16 oz “for here” mugs to match their drink sizes—right now, if you want a 16 oz drink, you’re stuck with a disposable cup, which doesn’t make much sense. I am a huge believer that cafes should not only use disposable cups. Aside from those minor tweaks, this place is truly exceptional. Highly recommend!

Great coffee. They have a pretty large sitting area inside and they also have outdoor seating. I love their iced coffee with oat milk and Stevia. They don't have Splenda. The oat milk and half and half are out for you to put in yourself. They don't have sugar free syrups. They have regular syrups. Also they have a great app but no rewards program. I wish they offered their customers some kind of incentive for choosing them over all the coffee shops in the area. All in all a nice place. It's clean and the staff are friendly. They do offer coffee beans and ground coffee to take home. They do have some pastries for sale.

Very solid coffee with lots of options for high end pour overs. There's a nice selection of specialty drinks and pastries as well. A few savory options but no sandwiches. Overall a really good spot worth going to for high end coffee.
